22 short rimfire caliber. 7-shot non-fluted cylinder 3-3/16" octagon barrel. Square butt shaped rosewood grips, full plated nickel. Barrel address reads, "Smith & Wesson Springfield. Mass." Blued cylinder stamped, " PATENTED APRIL 3. 1855. JULY 5, 1855. DEC 13. 1860. All matching Serial No. 1029xx with R88 stamped on frame under grips and inside barrell lug. Good condition overall in as original condition.
