A Marlin Model 39 Lever Action Rifle in .22LR   S/N -S10435.  24" octagonal barrel with replaced front sight and ramp adjustable rear sight, full length magazine, star tang, tang drilled for peep sight and plugged, pistol grip stock, Marlin hard rubber butplate. The screw on the top of the receiver is replaced. Condition: The barrel shows an even brown to grey patina, the magazine tube shows a lighter grey  patina.
