A Commercial Mauser, 8 x 57, full length stock, set trigger, The 17 1/2" barrel is stamped "Mauser-Werke A-G Oberndorf 8+57 ".   The checkering on the pistol grip and forend is crisp with minimal bruising on the rest of the stock. The barrel has minimal scratches and light exterior pitting. Missing one of the leaves on the folding 3 leaf sight.   Bright bore. Set triggers.  Steel forend cap and buttplate.  Receiver is drilled for mounts and has the slots for the European quick detach scope system.  Overall the gun is in excellent condition. S/N: 113944.
