SOLD 53357 Winchester Model 1866 .44 Henry Saddle Ring Carbine
WINCHESTER MODEL 1866 SADDLE RING CARBINE. Just into the third model range with all matching S/N 23434 (23169-149000), in caliber 44 Henry, good bore. Winchester address with King's Improvement markings, and the two patent dates on the 20" round barrel, original sights and tubular magazine. Saddle ring mounted on the left side of the mellow brass frame. The barrel retains 85-90% overall blue, turned plum and brown finish. All screw slots are well defined. Some storage dings on the butt stock, which is missing the cleaning rod. Very good, overall condition
