Smith & Wesson 1st Model, 3rd issue .22 short rimfire revolver. 7 shot fluted cylinder with bird's head rosewood grips. Barrel address reads, " Smith & Wesson , Springfield Mass. Pat. April 3. 55 July 5. 59, Dec 1860. Serial no. 893XX Marked on the backstrap. All matching serial numbers. Good overall condition with some pitting to nickel plating, normal wear to grips.
